Currently, IQ84 by Haruki Murakami. If you haven’t read it, it’s a long one so it would be great for flying! Others I like are No Country For Old Men by Cormac McCarthy, Native Son by Richard Wright, The Metamorphosis by Franz Kafka, A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man by James Joyce, The Unbearable Lightness of Being by Milan Kundera and Big Sur by Jack Kerouac.
